Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a compassionate Support Practitioner to work with adults in their own homes in Levenmouth. You do not need care experience as training and SVQ are provided.

This is a female-only post due to the nature of the role; shifts include day/evening/weekends and sleepovers, with full UK manual driving licence required. We offer extensive training and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring by nature.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete SVQ and training.
• Able to work in a team or alone with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in daily living, including personal care and meal prep.
• Support with medication, finances, housework and transport as needed.
• Engage in residents' hobbies and activities and promote wellbeing.
