Keys Education is recruiting tutors to deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition to children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs in Peterborough. The role focuses on re-engagement with education, confidence-building, and reaching individual potential.

Tutors deliver face-to-face sessions in homes with some remote opportunities. A full UK driving licence is required, and safeguarding procedures are in place to support learners and families.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH.
• Experience delivering the UK curriculum.
• Availability for at least 2 days (or 4 sessions) per week.
• Compassionate, child-centred and trauma-informed approach.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner’s needs.
• Support pupils with SEN/SEMH to build confidence and progress.
• Build positive, trusting relationships to encourage engagement and wellbeing.
• Work with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety.
• Primarily deliver face-to-face tuition in homes, with some remote teaching opportunities.
