Job summary

Mae and Mitchell Bespoke Management seeks a full-time Mental Health Support/Wellbeing Worker based in Leeds to provide direct support to two young women with mental health challenges and learning disabilities in their home. You will deliver person-centered care, assist with daily living tasks, and help build independent living skills while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

You will implement care plans, monitor mental health, document observations, and communicate changes to clinical and management

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and learning disabilities.
• Crisis intervention skills including de-escalation and risk awareness.
• Experience in learning disability, forensic services, or high-support environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Formal training in health and social care or related fields is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
