Support at Home Ltd in Widnes is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help clients live independently at home. You will provide personal care, meal preparation and companionship, with flexible full-time, part-time and flexible hours options, on-the-road responsibilities included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Social Care is preferred (1 year).
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, medication).
• Meal preparation and home help.
• Social support and companionship.
• Safe moving and handling of clients.
• Supporting clients with complex needs (Mental Health, Dementia, PEG, Stoma, and Catheter care).
