Community Care Professional - Evenings & Weekends

As a Community Care Professional (Evenings & Weekends) you will provide essential care and support to clients in the community—enabling clients to maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in clients’ homes.
• Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, light household duties and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and build positive, trusting relationships.
• Assist with medication prompts and general wellbeing monitoring.
• Accompany your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops.
• Record and report care activities accurately.
• Promote independence, respect, and choice in every interaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and social engagement within the community.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in care is welcome—but not required, as full training is provided!
• Availability for evening/weekend shifts.
