HRM Homecare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers in East Ayrshire to provide in-home care, promote independence, and uphold dignity. Training is provided, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. PVG check required and sponsorship is not available.

Join our team to support clients in their own homes and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families for coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, eating, medication support).
• Support clients to engage in meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in needs or well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family for coordinated care.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
