HRM Homecare Services Ltd. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in East Ayrshire. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include personal care, daily living assistance, and coordinating with healthcare professionals. A PVG check is required; training is provided, and weekend/evening work is possible.

Qualificações

• Experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for some weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.
• Qualification in health and social care is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication support.
• Support clients to engage in meaningful activities and community involvement.
