Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting
• Support safe mobility in home
• Provide medication support per care plan
• Prepare meals and drinks
• Assist with light household tasks
• Run errands and collect prescriptions
• Maintain clear care records
• Report changes in wellbeing
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals
