Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a dynamic Support Specialist to back Flight Service operations and enhance Owner experiences. You will coordinate catering, assist cabin crew, and source Owner requests while ensuring uniforms and stock are managed efficiently across global operations.

The role requires aviation knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules, with duties spanning procurement, inventory and service updates.

Qualifications

• Aviation knowledge with direct Cabin Server experience and/or corporate catering/food & beverage experience.
• Luxury product and service familiarity is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee catering orders in line with Owner preferences.
• Act as real-time support to Cabin Servers and flight crew during operations.
• Source Owner requests and ensure crew are briefed on preferences.
• Monitor in-flight service to enhance Owner experience, including demo flights and inaugural Owner trips.
• Assist with procurement, inventory and distribution logistics for Cabin Server and crewmember uniforms.
• Track product consumption, trends and reporting; maintain expense records.
