Job summary

MBDA invites graduates to join the Integration & Missile Validation (IMV) team on the 2027 programme. The role focuses on planning, executing and evidencing tests across ground and flight environments, with hands-on lab work and offsite trials to verify missile systems.

As a two-year programme, you’ll gain broad exposure, develop robust test strategies, and work towards supporting weapon system validation while benefiting from structured development and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Maths, Technology, Computing or General Science with 2:2 minimum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and validation work across ground and flight tests.
• Contribute to test planning, data analysis and reporting.
• Assist with verifying missile systems and subsystems in real-world environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and delivery.
