Job summary

Tesco Insurance and Money Services in Edinburgh or Glasgow offers a two-year scheme where you’ll work with Technology and other teams to deliver change from idea to implementation. You’ll learn Agile, plan and manage risks, and gain hands-on experience while supporting customers as part of Customer Service.

You’ll be supported by expert colleagues, using Jira/Confluence, and are encouraged to bring ideas and curiosity.

Job description

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow Through a 2-year scheme, you’ll work collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the wider business. You’ll support the delivery of change from initial idea through to implementation, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, managing plans and risks, and monitoring progress —all while getting support and training from expert colleagues. You’ll develop an understanding of a range of project delivery methods, alongside gaining hands‑on experience of Agile ways of working. This includes learning how teams plan, prioritise, and deliver value iteratively in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also gain experience working across our wider technology teams, giving you a clear understanding of how everything fits together. To help you get off to the best start, you’ll spend time supporting your customers directly as part of our Customer Service team. Salary: £34,000 Programme start date: 6 September 2027 Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our office, 2 days per week for this position.
