Tesco Insurance and Money Services is offering a 2-year scheme in Edinburgh, where you’ll work across Technology and the wider business to support change from idea to implementation. You’ll learn Agile practices, collaboration, and how to deliver value in a fast-paced environment, while supporting customers through our Customer Service team.

The programme starts 6 September 2027 with hybrid office attendance two days per week.

Qualifications

• Interest in planning, organising and helping others stay on track is useful.
• Willingness to learn and develop project management skills.
• Communication is key, but prior PM experience is not required.

About the role

Through a 2-year scheme, you’ll work collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the wider business. You’ll support the delivery of change from initial idea through to implementation, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, managing plans and risks, and monitoring progress —all while getting support and training from expert colleagues.

You’ll develop an understanding of a range of project delivery methods, alongside gaining hands‑on experience of Agile ways of working. This includes learning how teams plan, prioritise, and deliver value iteratively in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also gain experience working across our wider technology teams, giving you a clear understanding of how everything fits together.

To help you get off to the best start, you’ll spend time supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team.

Salary: £34,000
Programme start date: 6 September 2027

Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our office, 2 days per week for this position.
