Job summary

Tesco Edinburgh/Glasgow two-year Customer scheme offers development across proposition, marketing and direct customer service. You will gain hands-on experience with data insights that shape personalised customer relationships while building practical skills in communications and stakeholder engagement.

The programme starts in Edinburgh or Glasgow and provides structured development, mentoring, and exposure to cross‑functional teams, helping you learn how to influence product and service

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow Our Customer team plays a central role in building trusted and valued relationships with our customers. Over this two-year scheme, you'll gain broad experience across proposition development and marketing. You'll also develop a strong understanding of how customer data and insights inform decision-making and shape personalised customer relationships. To get you off to the best start you'll also have experience supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team. Salary: £32,000 Programme start date: 6 September 2027
