Job summary

ScottishPower's SP Energy Networks in Blantyre seeks an Integrated Management System Manager to lead the IMS team, drive governance and assurance across ISO standards, and manage audit readiness. You will develop KPI-driven reporting, ensure documentation control and escalation of risks, non-conformances and improvements.

You will lead significant IMS initiatives, coordinate cross-functional governance, and deliver continuous improvement within a hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in management systems governance, audit and assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 55001.
• Proven line management and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS team and align objectives with functional priorities.
• Oversee governance, audit and improvement activities across IMS.
• Coordinate annual internal and external audit programme and reporting.
• Provide leadership on IMS matters and produce management reports.
