Reporting to the Head of Quality, Environmental and IMS, you will oversee the development, maintenance and effective operation of the SPT Integrated Management System across the end-to-end project lifecycle, including externally certified standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 55001.
You will manage a team of specialists and Reporting Analysts to ensure work is planned, prioritised and delivered effectively, supporting audit readiness, consistent ways of working, timely reporting and appropriate escalation of risks, non-conformances and improvement actions.
As IMS Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS) team, ensuring objectives, responsibilities and performance expectations are clearly defined and aligned with functional priorities.
