Job summary

PSM Recruitment is supporting a manufacturing business in Hythe, Kent, in recruiting a Systems Administrator to improve processes, maintain management systems and support cross‑department compliance.

You will manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), coordinate ISO audits, and support health & safety and environmental management across teams. The role offers a stable, long‑term career with opportunities to influence improvements in a well‑established manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills.
• Experience coordinating audits and compliance activities.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Coordinate and support internal and external ISO audits.
• Manage company documentation and document control.
• Produce reports and management information.
• Monitor compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
• Assist with Health & Safety and Environmental Management activities.
• Carry out risk assessments, COSHH and DSE assessments.
• Support supplier approval processes and customer audits.
• Monitor legislation and advising management of changes.
• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Develop training documentation and maintaining compliance records.
