The Programme Manager will take a leading role in delivering programmes within the Planned Care Team portfolio under Group Operations. These will vary over time but will support the Trust's objectives including faster access to elective care, improving clinical productivity and better patient experience. Initially, the post holder will support outpatient improvement with a focus on the creation of a modern and digitally enabled service that improves access, efficiency, and patient experience.

Working with minimal supervision and within a matrix management structure postholders will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues at hospitals and within group support services. The Programme Manager will be responsible for appropriate governance, communications and stakeholder engagement for their programme of work. Travel across hospital sites within the Barts Health Group will be necessary.

If you have experience of leading change programmes in a large, complex organisation we would like to hear from you. Candidates will have leadership skills, the ability to work flexibly and to tight timescales across multiple teams at Hospitals and Group.
