You will collaborate with overseas suppliers, internal teams and customers to keep operations running smoothly and maintain accurate data across systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full critical path process, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise daily with international suppliers to track production, sampling, and shipment schedules.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Review and approve samples, lab dips, artwork, and packaging.
• Monitor order progress, ensuring accuracy of product details, pricing, and delivery information.
• Work with internal teams, including design, sales, and logistics to support smooth product flow.
• Maintain accurate data across internal systems and customer platforms.
