Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, ensuring critical paths are maintained.

• Coordinate product approvals, packaging, testing and colour management throughout production.
• Prepare commercial documentation, invoices and order records while resolving delivery discrepancies.
• Work with design, technical and account management teams to hit delivery and service targets.

Based near Leeds, this hybrid role offers a salary of £28,000 plus excellent benefits. Working within a collaborative supply chain team, you'll manage key customer accounts from order placement through to delivery, liaising with overseas manufacturers and internal departments to ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, ensuring critical paths are maintained.
• Liaise with overseas manufacturers, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely communication.
• Coordinate product approvals, packaging, testing and colour management throughout the production process.
• Prepare commercial documentation, invoices and order records while resolving any delivery discrepancies.
• Work closely with design, technical and account management teams to achieve delivery and customer service targets.

What Experience is Required?

• Previous experience in an Import Merchandiser, Merchandising or Supply Chain role within retail, fashion or textiles.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing critical paths and supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of £28,000
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Optional hybrid working after successful training (Wednesdays and Fridays)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
