• Coordinate sea, air, and road import shipments
• Liaise with agents, carriers, customs, and clients
• Prepare and review shipping documents
• Manage customs clearance and compliance
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues

• Knowledge of shipping documents, customs procedures, and Incoterms
• Strong organisational and communication skills
