Job summary

Elevation Tech & Transformation are recruiting for an Implementation Project Manager to join their team in Wakefield. This on-site role focuses on taking ownership of customer implementations, coordinating plans, and delivering projects on time.

You will work with customers and internal teams, gather requirements, mitigate risks, and build strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. SaaS/tech experience and Jira familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Implementation, Project Coordinator or Project Management role.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident leading customer meetings and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within SaaS, software or technology environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is an advantage.

Elevation Tech & Transformation are recruiting for one of a key clients, a growing software business based in Wakefield, who are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer implementation projects, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while delivering projects on time and to a high standard. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate implementations, manage project plans, gather requirements, mitigate risks and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
