Job summary

Ultimo is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end EAM implementations across NL/BE/UK from a remote or hybrid location. You will collaborate with customer stakeholders to translate needs into effective, adopted configurations.

You’ll lead workshops, configure workflows and reporting, run multiple projects in parallel, and train users during adoption. Expect 20–30% travel; English fluency and practical CMMS/EAM experience are essential.

As an Implementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted.

Qualifications

This role is ideal if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions
  (Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar)

• Enjoy working in a consulting or project‑driven environment

• Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts

• Like combining business insight with technical configuration

• Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders

• Are fluent in English and comfortable working internationally

• Take ownership, act proactively, and genuinely care about customer success

• You are legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE, that is the country you are also located in whilst applying for this role (we unfortunately don’t provide sponsorship for this role in any of these countries, nor do we provide relocation packages).

• You are happy to travel to client sites when necessary (this is 20/30%)
