Change-IT Public Sector seeks an Implementation Manager for a Central Government project, hybrid in London or Manchester. The role is Inside IR35 and paid at £300-£400 per day, for 6 months.

You will translate strategy into delivery milestones and manage programmes with stakeholder alignment and data-driven reporting. Security clearance eligibility is required and SC clearance is preferred but not essential.

• Translate strategy into delivery milestones for programmes and projects.
• Experience in Transformation/Change or Organisational Change environments.
• Experience working on Projects/Programmes with progression pathways.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and inform actions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management, including reporting and budget recommendations.
• Strong problem solving, risk and issue management, and escalation.
• Financial management and performance reporting experience.

Implementation Manager

£300-£400 per day

Change-IT are looking for an Implementation Manager to join a Central Government organisation based in either London or Manchester.

This role is INSIDE IR35 paying between £300-£400 per day dependant on experience. At minimum, you must be eligible and willing to undergo Security Clearance for this role, candidates with existing active SC Clearance are preferred but not essential.

Experience Required

• * Be able to take strategy/capability and turn into delivery milestones


• * Have worked in Transformation/Change or Organisational Change environment


• * Experience working within Projects/Programmes and Programme Progression.


• * Experience working in an organisation that uses data as its driver for decision making


• * Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, including alignment/buy in, progress reporting and presenting financial information, and providing recommendations for budget decisions and projects in flight.


• * Good problem solving skills, and able to identify project blockers/issues early
