Role Description

The Implementation Lead will oversee the implementation process for dental practices, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing software training, and managing ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption of CareStack software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and challenges during implementation.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers until they are fully set up and operational.
• Understand practice workflows and adapt them for CareStack.
• Educate customers on improved workflows and SOPs to promote growth.
• Monitor workflow adoption and proactively support customers.
• Assess change management impacts and identify customers who may need additional support.

Required Skills / Experience

• Strong analytical, software implementation, and communication skills.
• Customer service and satisfaction skills.
• Experience in healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
• Experience with software tools.
