Role Description

The Implementation Lead will oversee the deployment of CareStack software for dental practices, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing training, and supporting ongoing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation process, coordinate with teams, and ensure successful setup of the software.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through workflows and SOPs to optimize their use of CareStack.
• Identify potential risks and communicate them effectively.
• Support change management and monitor adoption to prevent churn.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
