About The Opportunity:

You will play a key role in this exciting UK expansion, leveraging over 25 years of product success and the stability of global investors. You will receive comprehensive product training and industry-leading coaching methodologies.

  • Work with major automotive retail brands.
  • Lead implementation and 'Go Live' phases, contributing to DMS rollout projects.
  • Train and develop dealership aftersales or accounts teams on new DMS platforms.
  • Support dealer teams and serve as the 'product guru' during projects.

About You:

You should have a background in automotive retail sales or aftersales, with experience working with dealership DMS platforms or for a DMS provider, and a good understanding of dealer/OEM environments.

This role involves significant autonomy and responsibility, including travel across the UK.

  • Previous DMS experience is essential.
  • Training or coaching experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and problem-solving projects.
