As an Implementation Engineer at Luminance, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our customers with the onboarding and implementation of Luminance within their workflows, including in the creation of Contract Templates. You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Inputting data accurately and efficiently (using Microsoft Word & Luminance) to generate Contract Templates.
• Collaborating with internal teams and Luminance’s clients to collect relevant information and requirements.
• Reviewing and proof-reading the templates ensuring accuracy and completeness, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and revisions.
• Maintaining organised records of template requests.
