Job summary

Civica is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenues & Benefits to work with local authority customers across the UK. You will lead implementations, run discovery workshops, configure solutions, and deliver training to ensure successful outcomes.

You'll collaborate with project managers, product teams and support to manage risks and drive value. A customer-centric, consultancy mindset is essential for this pivotal role in Civica's public sector portfolio.

Qualifications

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant - Revenues & Benefits to join our Customer team. You'll work with local authority customers to successfully implement and optimise Civica's Revenues & Benefits solutions, ensuring they gain maximum value from their investment and achieve successful business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers
• Running discovery workshops to understand customer processes, requirements and objectives
