Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join a growing UK software provider. The role focuses on configuring enterprise software to meet client requirements and facilitating workshops to capture business needs.

You will configure workflows, assist with data migrations, deliver client training, and collaborate with Product, Development and Professional Services teams. The role is hybrid with UK clients and offers strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience configuring business applications or software platforms.
• Background within pensions, payroll, financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server / SQL.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Are you an experienced Implementation Consultant with a background in software configuration, payroll calculations or finance technology?

I'm working with an award-winning software organisation that's continuing to grow following significant investment in its products and services. They're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering enterprise software solutions for major UK clients.

This is an opportunity to work on complex implementation projects, configuring software to meet individual client requirements while collaborating with technical teams and building strong customer relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle.
