We’re searching for a UK-based Associate Consultant to join our Client Services team, so that we can deliver industry-leading implementation support for our customers. The Associate Consultant will support the successful configuration, training, and deployment of the HealthSuite product to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients and help realise our mission of safer, better healthcare.
Role Summary:
The entry point to Client Services, this role will provide a grounding level of knowledge to understand how the Services function operates and how we ensure best practice in delivery to clients and working collaboratively with all internal departments within RLDatix.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience & Qualifications:
· Experience in any customer-facing/services roles.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
