Job summary

Youth Elements CIC is seeking 3 Sessional Support Youth Workers to join our youth work team in Greater Manchester. You may have Level 2 Youth Work qualifications or relevant experience, and a genuine interest in developing a career with young people aged 11-24.

You will support sessions led by the Youth Lead and contribute to an inclusive, safe and engaging environment. The role offers flexible, sessional hours with evening sessions, approximately 2 per week, and opportunities for outreach,

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate holds Level 2 Youth Work qualification, with passion for working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of engaging youth sessions for young people aged 11-24.
• Build positive relationships with young people.
• Help create safe, welcoming and inclusive environments.
• Encourage participation and give young people a meaningful voice.
• Assist with session set-up and pack-down.
• Maintain attendance and session records.
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation and impact evidence.
