Job summary

Randstad Education in Dudley seeks experienced tutors to join our team to deliver high-quality tuition across Maths, English and Science, aligned with the UK national curriculum, and help students build confidence, skills and a love of learning.

Sessions can take place at school premises, at students’ homes or in public spaces, with hours ranging from 1 to 15 per week and potential for long-term, meaningful student relationships and consistent support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering tuition in Maths, English and/or Science.
• Strong knowledge of the current UK national curriculum.
• Experience working with students with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across locations (schools, homes, libraries).

Responsibilities

• Deliver tuition sessions in Maths, English and/or Science.
• Provide individualised support for academic and social development.
• Work with students across a range of year groups from Key Stage 1 to Post-16.
• Develop tailored lesson plans for each learner.
• Maintain ongoing communication with families about progress.
• Support students with SEN and ensure inclusive learning.
