Job summary

Leicester City Council in Leicester is seeking a specialist to manage advisory disabled bays and deliver Traffic Regulation Orders across the city. The role requires technical acumen and an administrative background to support highway projects, with a permanent, full-time post at 37 hours per week, flexible to work from City Hall or home.

You will handle bays applications, respond to queries, update databases, conduct site visits, and engage contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in highway related projects and TROs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Proficient in IT with letters, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Experience with site surveys and supervision.
• Commitment to improving Leicester transport.
