The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking an experienced Team Leader in West Lothian to provide first-line leadership for a team of Support Practitioners. You will shape care quality, lead by example, and foster inclusion, respect and continuous improvement while supporting the Services Manager.

You will manage rotas, supervise staff, develop personalised plans, and build strong relationships with those you support.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social care, including supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
• Experience supervising or coordinating staff.
• Working knowledge of budgets and targets.
• Strong communication, planning and motivational skills.
• SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).
• A values-driven approach built on inclusion, respect and empowerment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day running of the service, including rotas, records and quality standards.
• Supervise, mentor and coach staff to deliver exceptional support.
• Develop and review personalised support plans.
• Work directly on shift to build strong relationships with the people you support.
• Promote inclusion, community participation and meaningful opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication with families, professionals and partners.
• Take part in on call duties.
