Forest Oak School in Birmingham is seeking a motivated Band C Teaching Assistant to join our team. Working under the Senior Leadership Team, you will support the delivery of quality learning, teaching and assessment to help raise standards for all learners, including those with additional needs.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent childcare qualification), is IT literate, and can build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Formación

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or other relevant childcare qualification.
• Experience working with learners, preferably with additional needs.
• Ability to interact well with learners and teachers.
• IT literate and confident with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of quality learning, teaching and assessment to raise achievement for all learners.
• Be a supportive presence for pupils and assist with pastoral care as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to differentiate learning tasks and monitor progress.
• Be a reliable first point of contact for parents and maintain strong partnerships.
