Forest Oak School is seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant (Band C) to work under the Senior Leadership Team, supporting delivery of learning, teaching and assessment to raise achievement for all pupils.

You will collaborate with teachers, engage with parents, and bring enthusiasm, energy and IT literacy to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent childcare qualification.
• Experience supporting learners, preferably with additional needs.
• Ability to interact well with learners and teachers in a culture of mutual trust and respect.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to use digital learning tools.
