Job summary

Qualifications

• Deliver targeted support to students with SEND to maximise progress across the curriculum.
• Maintain confidentiality on all academy matters.
• Support safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create an ethos of high aspirations aligned with academy values.
• Maximise achievement and progress of vulnerable students.
• Promote inclusion and ensure all students access the curriculum.
• Work with teachers to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons including resource personalisation.
• Monitor pupils' responses and record achievement against objectives.
• Support administration of assessments and external exams as directed.
• Be a mentor for identified students and support homework club.
• Keep records up to date and manage data resources.
