You will join a large, mission‑driven team delivering compassionate care and 24/7 support, with strong emphasis on communication, patience, and person‑centred planning across our services.

Qualifications

• Must have Empathy and strong communication
• PATIENT and observant with ability to understand non-verbal cues
• Willingness to undertake training including NAPPI

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to adults with learning disabilities
• Assist residents to live independently and participate in daily activities
• Support individuals to manage behaviours that challenge in a compassionate way
