Job summary

Westminster City Council’s Learning Disabilities Team is seeking a Case Manager to contribute to the lives of people with learning disabilities. You will work within a specialist multidisciplinary team, assess needs, and create person-centred plans while managing budgets and safeguarding processes.

You will hold a recognised social work qualification with membership of a professional register and bring experience from local authorities or health settings.

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification and membership of a professional register.
• Experience in local authority or health setting.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and personalisation.
• Ability to conduct accurate assessments and negotiate with other agencies.
• Strong communication in person and in writing.
