Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Supported Living Services.
• Experience managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• Commitment to inclusion of people with learning disabilities.
• Understanding of Self Directed Support Act and principles.
• SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 is essential; SVQ4 or progress towards SSSC registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support local Team Facilitators and frontline staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Build and sustain partnerships with families, Social Care professionals and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute local business strategy to promote ENABLE Scotland and grow the service.
