Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged, at-risk and vulnerable learners in London and surrounding areas. Roles are flexible, in-person, hybrid or remote, with ongoing opportunities for those who share our mission.

You will work with Core Subject teaching (Maths, English or Science) for students with SEND and SEMH needs, using trauma-informed approaches to support progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references
• UK-based right to work, including remote opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
• Plan and report for lessons and provide feedback on progress
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to safeguard pupils' wellbeing
• Contribute to creating a safe, supportive learning environment

Skills

Teaching experience (2+ years)

SEND/SEMH experience

Familiarity with English, Maths or SCI
