Beaucroft Foundation School and College in Wimborne is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs. The role operates across Beaucroft’s Wimborne campuses on a full-time, term-time basis, 8:45am–3:45pm, 32.5 hours/week, 39 weeks/year.

The salary aligns with Dorset Job Evaluation XS10.4 (Grade 6, SCP 6-9). You will assist teachers, support a caring learning environment and work with pupils in small groups, including those with complex needs.

Competenze

• Experience of and confidence in supporting young people with SEND, including those with complex needs.
• Flexible approach with exemplary communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work with pupils in small groups.

Mansioni

• Assist the teacher and other TAs in developing and implementing a program of work.
• Provide a stable, caring and supportive learning environment for pupils.
• Work with pupils in small groups to support learning and development.
