Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or adults with complex needs.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access learning.
• Assist with personal care and mobility needs as required.
• Support with sensory and communication activities tailored to each child.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals.
• Build positive relationships to encourage confidence and engagement.
• Deliver a supportive, inclusive learning environment across locations.
