Job summary

LinSocial Housing Ltd is seeking a Scheme Manager for permanent work across two supported housing schemes in South Trafford. You will oversee residents' housing management needs and ensure safe, compliant operation while promoting independence.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a vehicle, and the ability to travel to the Manchester office for meetings. Salary £24,545 - £27,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and a site-based role across two schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience within supported housing, sheltered housing or housing management.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults, older people or individuals with mental health needs.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead the application and allocation process for supported housing.
• Deliver person-centred housing management and support.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy and housing management responsibilities.
• Safeguard residents and promote their wellbeing.
• Effectively manage voids and lettings.
• Build strong relationships with residents, contractors and partner agencies.
• Work collaboratively to improve outcomes for residents.
• Maintain safe, welcoming and well-managed schemes.
• Proactively engage with residents, visitors and contractors to maintain positive communication.
