Job summary

Swanton Community Services is seeking a Scheme Manager to lead and develop our Supported Living services. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and drive improvements across the service.

You will supervise staff, build strong relationships with individuals supported, families and professionals, and work with the Registered Manager to shape service development. A UK driving licence and DBS clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in health and social care or equivalent.
• Experience supervising or managing a team in learning disability or social care.
• Familiar with CQC regulations and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Swanton Community Servicesupported Living services to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
• Supervise and support staff, developing skills, confidence and practice.
• Build strong relationships with individuals supported, families, professionals and other stakeholders.
• Lead by example, ensuring services are well organised and compliant with internal policies and health and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and maintain CQC Good/Outstanding ratings.
• Manage staffing and rotas to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient shift allocation.
• Collaborate with the Registered Manager on operational and strategic service development.
