Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is seeking a Specialist Safeguarding Practitioner (MASH Health) to lead the health input in safeguarding decisions for adults, children and families.

You will coordinate the MASH Health Team, ensure timely health record reviews, and participate in strategy discussions to safeguard those at risk, including domestic abuse alerts shared across services.

Formación

• Robust safeguarding knowledge applicable to health knowledge and experience.
• Experience working directly with adults, children and families applying safeguarding policy and processes.
• Ability to support junior staff and provide health oversight in MASH Health.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the MASH Health Team and provide health and safeguarding expertise to inform multi-agency decisions.
• Ensure health records are reviewed, analysed and shared with relevant services in a timely manner.
• Attend strategy discussions as health representative to safeguard adults and children.
• Review and share domestic abuse notifications with appropriate services.
