Job summary

Rullion is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the water sector. You will work closely with Project Managers and the commercial team to drive profitability and manage risk across projects from inception to completion.

Ideal candidates have about 2–5 years of experience, a Quantity Surveying degree, and strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills. You will handle payment applications, CVRs, and subcontract management while building strong client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally in water projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Strong grasp of commercial processes and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track payment applications.
• Monitor invoices, certificates, and payment schedules.
• Raise EWNs and manage changes/variations.
• Assist with cost forecasts and estimates for projects.
• Produce monthly CVRs and report on costs.
