Job summary

Independence Products in Swindon is looking for a Process Operator to join our team and help create and prepare products to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll support different stages of production from preparing materials and forming products through to packing, labelling and quality inspection.

You'll follow GMP, hygiene requirements, SOPs and work instructions, move materials with pallet trucks or forklifts where trained, maintain high housekeeping standards and work

• Forklift or other materials-handling experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and handle materials accurately and safely, in line with product specifications.
• Support production activities including product forming, machine operation, packing and labelling.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure products meet required standards before dispatch.
• Follow GMP, hygiene requirements, SOPs and work instructions.
• Safely move materials and finished products using pallet trucks and forklifts where trained.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and cleanliness.
• Work as part of the wider team, adapting to changing priorities and production requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet production and distribution targets and support continuous improvement.
