• Adhere to Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe working practices at all times.
• Achieve agreed production output and productivity targets for the process.
• Monitor the process and equipment, reporting any issues or abnormalities promptly.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and overall production performance.
