Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant in West Sussex or Surrey. You will work alongside class teachers to guide small groups, provide 1:1 support, and boost pupil confidence across KS1 and KS2, with flexible full- or part-time placements and weekly pay.

• Proven experience supporting primary school-aged children in educational or childcare settings.
• Foundational understanding of KS1 & KS2 curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to complete one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group interventions to support literacy and numeracy.
• Provide targeted 1:1 support during lessons.
